The published work below includes a programmatic series of field studies conducted over a number of years in which we have sought to extend the generality of OBM techniques to a variety of novel work and performance settings, including some on our own campus. We have been able to show that these methods worked, and we have discovered new insights about how they could be applied to improve worker effectiveness and company success.
