White Papers, Monographs, and Talks

As Paul Brown noted in his OBM Network lifetime achievement address (Brown, 2001*), it is important to present OBM techniques (as well as behavioral methods generally) to potential consumers in the business world in ways that are not overly academic or jargonistic, and in ways that capture interest through the use of metaphors that may be more readily understood in organizational contexts.  Usually this involves writing manuscripts that will not be publishable in traditional academic outlets.  The following white papers were created in that spirit, as was the leadership e-book.  The talks and lectures below also have been intended to bring our OBM work to the attention of a broader audience.  Hesburgh lectures are presented on an annual to various groups of interested Notre Dame Alumni and others members of the local communities where the lectures are delivered.
